My Role

I worked as a software engineer on the Employee Profile team, collaborating closely with product managers and designers to build and iterate on this central experience.

My work focused on developing the interface and navigation patterns that organize complex performance data into a clear and accessible structure.

Key contributions included:

• Implementing the three-level navigation system used to explore employee data

• Building UI components for viewing feedback, goals, and review content

• Developing scalable frontend architecture for rendering large volumes of employee-related data

• Collaborating with design to improve discoverability and usability of performance insights

• Contributing to the integration of multiple product surfaces into a unified profile view

The Product

The Employee Profile helps teams quickly understand an employee’s performance context by consolidating information from across the platform.

The interface allows users to:
